The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. SexyMe and the Site are not directed toward individuals under the age of thirteen (13) We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13, unless or except as permitted by law. If we learn that Personal Information has been collected from a user under 13 years of age on or through the Site, we will take the appropriate steps to cause this information to be deleted.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has registered on the Site or you believe has otherwise provided Personal Information to Adore Me, please contact SexyMe at sexymelingerie@gmail.com to have that child’s account terminated and information deleted.

Online Returns
we understand that customers have purchased an item without trying it on first. we offer a store credit refund on items purchased ONLY, except items marked Final Sale.

 we ask that you send the items back to us within  15 days of the purchase.
 Once we receive the return, we will give you a store credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. SEXY  ME  reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
